The Oswells

Today on tour I found the perfect little house for a client.  She was thinking about moving, but not really committed to the idea.  I dithered for hours about whether to phone her and tell her about it.  I didn't want to be pushy.  Finally this afternoon I phoned her.  By the time we got to the 'let's look at it" stage, it was sold.  The moral of this story - don't wait!
