The Oswells

I am still not very comfortable posting here.  Yesteday I tried to post a picture.  It did appear momentarily, but somewhere it got lost.  Perhaps Christine will find it somewhere weird. 

We have a listing that is being difficult to sell.  It is a beautiful house, very well priced.  It is immaculate.  It is the one featured in the link a couple posts ago.  It's problem is that it is at Sun Rivers.  For those of you who don't know Kamloops, Sun Rivers is a development on the Indian Reserve.  It has a world class golf course, is a nice well developed subdivision, and all the houses have geothermal heat.  It is the Indian Reserve that puts people off.  It is a prepaid 99 year lease.  You pay your taxes to the Indian Band and utilities are contracted out to Terasen.

Ours is not the only listing in Sun Rivers that isn't selling.  None of the listings in there sell quick.y.  They can take up to year to sell.  I need a marketing gimick.  Gimick is not the right word.  I need some creative way to get this house sold.  All ideas appreciated.
