Valleyview extends east along the Thompson River Valley. The long narrow strip of land between the river and the hills is characterized by homes built in the 60s and ‘70’s with large flat lots.
Located in the southwest corner of Kamloops, Dufferin is a subdivision wrapped around the base of Mount Dufferin.

Aberdeen is the area south of the transcanada highway and west of the old merritt highway. This area is the highest in elevation in town.
